Hopefully someone will have more information, but I wouldn't spend too long searching for a fix. I've never seen an option in SW to place an arrowhead on a detail view leader. Create Dimensions and Annotations o Exception : You cannot create dimensions or annotations that require model information such as, cosmetic threads, or links to model properties.

HasFullOutline: Gets whether this detail circle has a full outline in the detail view. GetView: Gets the the drawing view that displays this detail circle. Gets whether or not SOLIDWORKS is currently using the document default setting for text format. This means effective use of these is pretty much limited to detail views, since this is likely to be the only place one would normally use such dimensions. To have a foreshortened diameter dimension, the diameter being dimensioned will have to be cut off in the view. SolidWorks supports the two most common delineations for these.Luckily, SOLIDWORKS can create this view quite easily. Even a projected view will be difficult using the existing geometry. As you can see, the view that is needed for the angled section would be difficult to get to be directly perpendicular to the hole going through it so we could give an accurate dimensional callout. When teaching the SOLIDWORKS Essentials course I often get asked "Can you make a SOLIDWORKS Detail View that is not a circle?" The answer is yes, you can! First create a closed contour sketch where you want the detail view using either an ellipse, spline, or any other sketch geometry.
